First of all we just want to say, we offer the exact same vacation as the one you're looking at, same flight, same resort, same supplier (Signature, Sunquest, Transat, Nolitours, Conquest etc.), same transfers - nothing is different, nothing except the price of course. We offer the exact same vacations as other companies, both online and store-front agencies.  We just lower our commission and therefore the price, passing savings onto you, the consumer. We don’t have a store-front location, nor do we pay for expensive advertising campaigns on the radio, in print, or on T.V., we rely on word of mouth advertising and only on advertisements with the most impact for the lowest price – Then We Pass These Lower Costs on to YOU!

How do I book with BeatMyQuote.ca once I’m given the absolute lowest price?

How long will it take to get a quote after I fill in the online form?

You should receive a response within about 5 - 15 minutes if all spaces are completed, depending on e-mail volume. If you send in a quote after hours you should receive an email early the next business day.

What information does BeatMyQuote.ca need to make my reservation?

You can book your vacation, flight, or hotel via a secure page on our site. Once you send in your quote request and want to book the vacation we will send you a link where you can book.

In order to make a reservation over email or over the phone we will need to know the following:
- The date you wish to travel
- The location of where you would like to travel
- Your billing address
- The names of travelers as they appear on passports
- A valid major credit with expiry and CV number.
- Any special requests

Where can I get more details on the resort I want?

Please contact us and we will email you a PDF with the resort profile and any other relevant information. Most resorts also have websites for viewing.

Is BeatMyQuote.ca a Travel Agency?

Can I get a cheaper price on vacations after I book?

Unfortunately, once the booking has been made, it is 100% non-refundable and 100% non-changeable as per the suppliers booking conditions. We'd change it if we could. If the rate does go down we can not refund the difference just as if the price goes up we would not ask you to pay the increased fare.

Yes, we are a full service travel agency and can book all of your vacation needs. We will always offer you the best price possible on any other travel products.

How are the tickets delivered?

A BeatMyQuote.ca agent will contact you to arrange payment after you confirm you would like to  book a vacation package. Your tickets will either be electronic or paper; depending on the supplier and your travel dates. Ticket delivery options available are Airport Pick –up, regular mail or courier service (extra fee).
If your reservation requires an E-Ticket one will be e-mailed to you, which you may print and take with you to the airport.

Can I make special request through BeatMyQuote.ca like King Size Bed, Adjoining rooms, Ocean View, Higher Floor, etc?

We can request anything that you would like! However, be aware, we cannot  guarantee that the requests, remarks, or other notes on your file will be confrmed as they are based on availability by the TOUR OPERATOR/AIRLINE/RESORT. While the Tour Hotel?Operator/Airline will attempt to accommodate such special requests, the Tour Hotel/Operator/Airline, or BeatMyQuote.ca cannot be held responsible if such special requests cannot be fulfilled.
